Receipts and tax invoices on BrewInTH: what to fill in and where

BrewInTH issues a receipt for every payment. Add your company name and tax ID before paying, then open it from Payment history and save it as a PDF.
You built a site for your shop or company and paid for a BrewInTH package with the company card. At the end of the month, accounting asks for the receipt, and whether it can carry the company's name and tax ID. If you don't know where that document lives, you end up digging through email or asking support.
The good news: BrewInTH issues a receipt automatically for every payment. This article covers what to fill in before you pay, where to open your receipts, what's printed on them, and what happens with auto-renewals, credit and refunds.
In short
🧾 Every real payment gets a receipt automatically; nothing to request, nothing to wait for
🏢 Want your company name and tax ID on it? Fill in Receipt / tax invoice details before paying
📄 Open receipts from Payment history and press Print / save as PDF
🔁 Auto-renewals get a new receipt every period; ฿0 orders (such as invite codes) get none
↩️ After a refund the receipt stays, marked VOID
When BrewInTH issues a receipt
A receipt is created the moment a payment succeeds, whether it's a monthly or yearly package, an add-on, a short site address or a new domain registration. Receipts are numbered in sequence per year in the form RC-year-6-digit sequence, for example RC-2026-000123, which makes them easy for accounting to reference.
The receipt is a printable page in the console, not an email attachment. You can reopen it any time, so losing a copy is never a problem.
Four steps from payment to PDF

1. Fill in the buyer details before you pay
Open Plans & billing, scroll to the Receipt / tax invoice details box and fill in:
- Name / company — what's printed as the buyer, such as your registered company name
- Tax ID (13 digits, optional) — digits only, exactly 13; leave it blank if you're buying as an individual
- Branch — e.g. Head office, or a branch number
- Email for receipts — printed in the buyer section
- Address — the address for the document
Press Save, then go ahead and choose your package or service. Only the account owner can edit this box. If you leave it empty, the buyer line shows your account name.
2. Pay as usual
Buy the package or service and pay on Stripe's checkout page as normal. There's no extra step.
3. The receipt is issued for you
Once the payment succeeds, the receipt is created with its number right away, and the buyer details as they are at that moment are stored in it. That's why you fill them in first: if you change them later, receipts already issued stay as they were. New details apply from your next payment.
4. Open it and save as PDF
On the same Plans & billing page, scroll to the Payment history table. The Receipt column shows each receipt number as a link. Open it and press Print / save as PDF; your browser's print dialog appears, and choosing "Save as PDF" as the destination gives you a file for accounting. The console's menus and sidebar are hidden while printing, so you get a clean document.
What's on a receipt

- The heading gives the document type, number and issue date
- Seller — the company that operates BrewInTH, in Thai and English, with address, tax ID, phone and email
- Buyer — the details you entered in step 1
- Description — the package or service name, the billing period (monthly, 3 months and so on) and whether it auto-renews; a site address purchase also shows the address
- Period — the start and end dates of what you bought
- Credit applied — if account credit was used, the receipt shows the full price and the credit as a separate line, so the total is what you actually paid
- Paid by — the payment method and its reference
- At the bottom: generated automatically, no signature required
"Receipt" or "Receipt / Tax invoice"
Check the heading. When it reads Receipt / Tax invoice, the document splits out the Subtotal (before VAT) and VAT 7%. Prices on the site already include VAT; the receipt only breaks the amount down. A ฿99 package, for example, shows a subtotal of ฿92.52 and VAT of ฿6.48.
When the heading reads just Receipt, there's no separate VAT line. Which one you get depends on the VAT registration status of the company providing the service on the day the receipt is issued. If your business needs a full tax invoice to claim input VAT, check the heading of the receipt you received and ask your accountant whether it meets your needs.
Which payments get which receipt

One-time purchases get one receipt per order.
Auto-renewals get a new receipt, with its own number, each time a new period is charged, so accounting can file them month by month.
Using credit. Credit comes from switching packages (the unused days of the old one), referrals, or cancelled orders, and it's applied automatically to your next purchase. If you still pay a difference, the receipt shows the full price and a Credit applied line. If credit covers everything and the total is ฿0, there's no receipt, because no money changed hands.
฿0 orders, such as redeeming an invite code or claiming a package gift from the team, don't produce a receipt. The order still appears in Payment history, with the Receipt column empty.
Refunds don't delete the receipt. It's marked VOID with the date and refunded, and in Payment history the number gets "(void)" after it. The numbering stays unbroken, which is exactly what accountants want.
Tips for businesses
- Enter your company details on day one, even on the free plan, so they're ready when you upgrade.
- Use a shared accounting address in Email for receipts, so whoever reads the document knows who to contact.
- Save a PDF every month. On auto-renew, set a calendar reminder to save the latest receipt.
- Check the heading and the tax ID each time you save a file. If something's wrong, tell the team before you close that month's books.
- Need something else, such as a contract or special invoicing terms for an organisation? The Enterprise card on the plans page has a Talk to the team button.
FAQ
I forgot to add my company name before paying. What now?
Issued receipts don't pick up new details. Fill everything in now so the next receipt is right, and for the one already issued, message the team from Customer support with the receipt number.
Can other members of my team open receipts?
Members of the account can open and read receipts. Only the account owner can change the buyer details.
Does BrewInTH email the receipt?
Receipts live in the console as printable pages. The email field in the buyer details is printed on the document. Open a receipt from Payment history and save it as a PDF whenever you need it.
My tax ID won't save
The field accepts exactly 13 digits, without dashes. If you're buying as an individual and don't need it, leave it blank.
Do prices on the site include VAT?
The price shown is what you pay. When the document is a tax invoice, the subtotal and 7% VAT are calculated out of that price, not added on top.
Summary
BrewInTH issues a receipt for every real payment on its own. The one thing you need to do is complete Receipt / tax invoice details before paying, then open receipts from Payment history and save them as PDFs for accounting. Renewals, credit and refunds are handled with proper numbering and status.
